Welcome to Villas Lux Arenal. By making a reservation with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms are designed to ensure that all our guests enjoy a peaceful, safe and enjoyable stay.

2. Reservation Policy

  • Reservations must be made through our official website or partner platforms.
  • A deposit or full payment is required to confirm the reservation, depending on the policy selected.
  • In case of cancellation, refund policies will apply according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in time is from 14:00 to 18:00. If you arrive outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
  • Check-out must be before 11:00.

4. Behavior Policy

  • At Villas Lux Arenal, we value mutual respect and a peaceful environment for all of our guests. We expect all guests to behave in a polite and respectful manner.
  • Any rude, disrespectful or disruptive behavior towards other guests or staff may result in cancellation of the stay, without right to refund.
  • We reserve the right of admission to ensure the comfort and safety of all.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at Villas Lux Arenal to ensure the well-being of all our guests.

6. Services and Facilities

  • Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in all common areas and rooms.
  • Pool and Jacuzzi: Available during established hours. Use is subject to the establishment’s safety regulations.
  • Housekeeping and Additional Services: We offer daily cleaning and additional services such as laundry, upon request and for an extra charge.

7. Responsibility

  • Villas Lux Arenal is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
