Serenity Retreat – FAQ
Which airport is the closest one?
Both airports have similar distance to here, but we recommend San José airport as there are more options of transfers and normally are cheaper.
How can I get there from the airport?
We have a transfer contact that costs $140 per way from and to San Jose airport, and $160 from and to Liberia airport, the payment is directly to the driver- in cash. As is a private transport can be anytime. The trip takes approximately 3 hours. Between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am it has an additional cost of $20.
Do you accommodate gluten and dairy free meals?
Yes, we accommodate any kind of intolerances and allergies. We do have different kind of milks as almond, coconut and oat milk.
At what time is check-in and check-out in Villas Lux Arenal?
Check-in starts from 1:00 pm to 8:00pm, in case you arrive before and we have your room ready we will give it to you, and if the rooms still not ready we can keep your luggage at reception area. We close reception at 9:00 pm, if you arrive later we will let the keys of your room and information on the reception desk. Check-out is till 11:00 am, if you need more time we can also keep your luggage at reception.
What we do have included the day of arrival and departure?
The day of arrival you have dinner included. The departure day you will have the breakfast.
What includes the meals in Villas Lux Arenal?
You will have 3 daily meals included in our vegetarian and vegan restaurant with a natural homemade fruit juice. Coffee and tea are available all day during open hours (7am to 9pm). Breakfast and lunch you can choose one of the options from our menu. Dinners are thematic from different countries and includes an entrance, main course and dessert.
We will have free time to explore the area and do other activities?
Sure you will have days without activities. There are many options to do around.
